Sabrina a compassionate Child and Family therapist dedicated to supporting children, individuals, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. Her work with children is especially close to her heart, as she understands the unique ways young minds process emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. Through a combination of play therapy techniques and empathetic guidance, she helps children express their feelings, develop resilience, and build essential coping skills.
Beyond her work with children, she also provides therapy for adults and couples, helping them deepen their connections, manage anxiety and depression, and overcome life’s obstacles. She is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients, recognizing that each stage of life brings its own unique needs and perspectives.
At the core of her practice is the belief that growth and healing happen in a safe, supportive, and trusting environment. She strives to create that space for every client, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower individuals of all ages to explore their emotions, heal, and thrive.
